14th September 2005 - owner of Holme Park Flute in New Zealand
Dear Susan,
I thought you might like to see this
article which one of my previous customers sent to me. It is great to see
that Flute is still leaving his mark in the UK, this filly is out of a
hanoverian mare by Waikiki of Wadacre (Weltmeyer/Bolero/Amazonas), it is great
to see that trakehners cross so beautifully with other breeds as well. He also
won the progeny group class at The Royal Cornwall Show this year.
Flute is really well and currently still
with my trainer in Auckland. I am eagerly awaiting his first crop of foals in
the southern hemisphere and feel very confident that they will make a big
impact.
I would love to hear all your news (and
a DVD of your Open Day!!?) I look at your site from time to time to keep up on
all your happenings, Prokofiev looks more and more stunning each time I see
him. It would be great to get some frozen semen here from him, would that be
possible? what would it involve? cost etc, as there is always demand for
trakehners here.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards
Sacha
