Trakehner Stallion Pascal by Matador

Pascal is from some of the most successful bloodlines in the Trakehner breed. His sire, Matador, is by the legendary Donauwind, sire of many top level dressage and breeding horses, including Dr Reiner Klimke's Fabian and Olympic Gold Medallist Abdullah. His dam, Pr St Peggi, is descended from the Pelargonie family which originated in the main stud of Trakehnen. Other stallions from this line include Grand Prix horses Peron and Partout. One of Pascal's full sisters, Pedola was German National Champion Broodmare and mother of Partout.

Pascal won the Riding Horse Champion of All breeds in Germany and Champion of Southern Germany 3 day event. He was 3rd in his 100 day performance test and competed at Medium level dressage and Grade B showjumping.  A horse with an outstanding temperament and trainability who sadly died in 2001.
