Holme Park Sauturnes

Big strong colt with very long legs and a stunning head! This is the 7th foal for Sauturnes and her 5th colt.
Poor Stirling has had a difficult 24 hours as he was suffering from impacted muconeum (first droppings) that although he had passed a lot he got some stuck which caused a blockage and severe colic and bloat. After a night up with him and several enemas thankfully he passed the blockage and the cleared his system - he is much happier now and went out in the arena for the first time today (3/5/10) at 2 days old as weather not good enough to go in the field.
