Tall Elegant bay colt with beautiful head. This chap is going to be big with his big knees and hocks and strong bone.
We are
devastated to announce that on Monday evening with Cedrus less than 48 hours
old his Mum Holme Grove Copelia died suddenly from a haemorrhage. We
have contacted Johanna Vardon of the National Foaling Bank in the hopes of
finding him a foster mum. It was a shock as she was running around the
field today proud of her new son and looked in the best condition she has
looked for years!
We
decided to try and adopt Cedrus
onto Ich Bin who foaled 24 hours after Copelia died. See

story. We did an IGG test on him to make sure he had got adequate
antibody transfer from his Mum's colostrum and thankfully the results were
good.
